LLB in Intellectual Property Rights is an undergraduate course involving legal studies for developing, implementing and enforcing intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks or licenses. A patent is a set of rights that attributes exclusivity for producing, using and trading a product or a creative property. Protected products include all types of scientific inventions, intangible cultural content, high-tech gadgets, and even aliments and ingredients.
